Dawn Patrol RendezvousThis year's Dawn Patrol Rendezvous in Dayton, Ohio is scheduled for September 25-27, 2009.

The Dawn Patrol Rendezvous is an event held every two years by the National Museum of the USAF in Dayton, OH.  It's a great event for all things World War I, including a great airshow, re-enactors, model RC aircraft, a parade of era automobile, and a collectors show for WWI items!  There will be exhibits and FOOD!

And it's also home to the meetup for Red Baron 3D players, also known as Aces Over Wright Field 2009!  (WWI sim players in general are welcome, I'm sure)  They're busy getting everything prepared, including food, hotel, and LAN plans!

Right now there's no commitment to pay any money or anything, but they're working on getting an accurate headcount of attendees for hotel discount and other plans.  If you're definitely going, be sure to register.

I would LOVE to go to this, but since it's so far away from me (I live in California), I'm really not sure if I'll be able to go.  But there's a chance!
